Sanjeev Sanyal

Sanjeev Sanyal is an internationally acclaimed economist and bestselling author. He is a Member of the Prime Minister’s Economic Advisory Council. He also serves as the Co-Chair of the G-20 Framework Working Group. Prior to joining the government, he was Global Strategist and Managing Director at Deutsche Bank. He was named Young Global Leader by the World Economic Forum in 2010.

Sanjeev is also a well-known environmentalist and urban theorist. In 2007, he was awarded the Eisenhower Fellowship for his work on urban dynamics. He was a Visiting Scholar at Oxford University; Adjunct Fellow at the Institute of Policy Studies, Singapore; and a Senior Fellow of the World Wide Fund for Nature. Alka Pande

Alka Pande is at present Consultant, Art Advisor and Curator, India Habitat Centre, New Delhi. She was Reader in the Department of Fine Arts, Punjab University, Chandigarh and earned her doctorate from the university. Ms Pande did her post-doctoral study in Critical Art Theory from Goldsmith College, University of London, under the aegis of the Charles Wallace, India Trust Award. She is a regular contributor to various newspapers.
